What is the delivery time for my order?

The current delivery time is 7-15 business days, including a processing time of 0-3 days. Saturdays are counted as business days. We ask for your understanding. To accommodate you, we do not charge any shipping costs and cover them entirely for you.


What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

If the above-mentioned period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@uvives-shop.com. We will then find out what is going on with your package, and you will receive a response within 24-48 hours! Still no reply to your email within 24-48 hours? It was most likely already answered, so please check your spam mails. Our reply might have ended up there! Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.


I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at info@uvives-shop.com. Provide your name, the order number from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then give you the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.


What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check the website of the respective courier you want to use for shipping prices.


What are the conditions for returning my products?

There is always a return period of 14 days. The period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for the return. You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not yet expired
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached
  • The product has not been used


What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments by credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Amex. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to see all available options. All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore safe.


What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email for my order?

This should not happen. Send an email with your full name and email address to info@uvives-shop.com. We will assist you promptly.


Can I cancel my order? Do you want to cancel your order for any reason?

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order, as we only need one day for production. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are unique and made only for you, a fee of €9 per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the €9 fee for the individual customization.
