If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by email or phone and provide the reason for the return. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.
1. Register your return
To register your return, simply contact info@uvives-shop.com Our customer service team will send you a return label as soon as possible. Still no response to your email within 24-48 hours? It has most likely already been answered, so please check your spam mail. Our reply might have ended up there! Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
2. Prepare your product
Pack the product you want to return properly and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Send us your package

4. Get your purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we receive your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method within two business days.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
Hygiene products
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of our customers, reject returns of beauty and health products.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Received the wrong product: If you accidentally received the wrong product, please also contact us to receive the correct item at no additional cost.
Item not received
If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the situation and find a suitable solution. Your order may still be in transit. Learn about our shipping policies here and check your order status on our tracking page.
Order cancellations
An order cancellation is only possible within 5 minutes after placing the order. After 3 hours, our orders are processed and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender’s risk; return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
